Experience
The Creative Concepts Group has been evolving for many years. With a teenage career in landscaping and construction, Thomas Burkhardt spent his early 20’s in the computer industry where he realized his passion was the outdoors. Since the early 90’s,Thomas spent his career designing, building and creating unique environments.

A Passion to be Different
After years in commercial construction,Thomas started Outdoor Expressions. In 2000, knowing the importance of family time, he realized the best place for families to gather and bond was in their own backyards. Outdoor Expressions was the catalyst of things to come, specializing in outdoor living was the platform. While creating outdoor environments, there was always a desire to be different than the rest of the companies in the industry and he continued to evolve with his passion.

Pushing the Threshold
In 2005, Thomas added Vision Quest Design Group, a company set out to capitalize on his unique vision of “Outdoor Living”. This division pushes the threshold of common architectural principles and engineering techniques to create exquisite environments designed to have the luxury of the indoors, while creating a vacation utopia. Adding swimming pools, spas and unique water features extended their vision even further. Vision Quest became the difference in their version of outdoor living. 

Simple Principles, Broad Expertise
In 2008, Thomas opened Threvolution Construction. Threvolution works with clients in the design phases of all type of construction projects both commercial and residential. With our expertise, we offer “Ground up construction”, “Additions”, “Remodeling”, “Renovation”, “Tenant Finish-Outs”,  “Maintenance” and “Restoration”. Threvolution has extended their services and will be building their first “Eco-Friendly, Contemporary” home towards the end of 2010.

Through the years and directed by clients, our companies have grown into a “Full Service Construction Company”. With over 70 years combined experience and knowledge in all facets of construction, “The Creative Concepts Group” has become the perfect company to service all your needs. The growth over the last ten years has been created by simple principles.
